My broker Serena Higgs explained everything to me and double checked a lot of stuff. Serena was flexible with times, she was always available and calling me or texting me. I will be using her again in a couple of weeks and it is extremely likely I would recommend her to others if the opportunity arises. I cannot think of any way she could improve her level of high service.
