Serena has a degree in Marketing & completed her Masters in Accounting at Curtin University. Following this, she quickly achieved her Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) status in 2013 and continues to maintain knowledge in this field.<\/p>\n
Together with her mum, Serena bought her first property in Kensington, WA at age 19 and made a 38% gain in just over 12 months, seeing firsthand the value in using property as a form of wealth creation. Following this first taste of property, Serena and her husband Joseph have continued to invest in suburbs close to the CBD and built their first home together in 2015 in a riverside suburb of Perth.
